JoeApply is a service operated by Immigrder Tech LLC. JoeApply is a job listing aggregator that indexes open positions at software companies by pulling directly from company applicant-tracking systems (ATS). We are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer. We do not collect resumes, intermediate applications, or participate in any hiring process.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JoeApply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Information Accuracy

Job listings on JoeApply are sourced automatically from publicly available company career pages and ATS APIs. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings current, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, or still open at the time you view it. Always confirm details directly with the employer before applying.

JoeApply is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information in job listings. Salary ranges, locations, and employment types are sourced from the employer and may not reflect the final offer.

4. No Employment Relationship

JoeApply does not employ, engage, or represent any job seeker or company listed on the platform. Any employment relationship formed as a result of using JoeApply is solely between you and the employer. We are not a party to any such relationship.

5. External Links

"Apply" links on JoeApply direct you to the employer's own career site or ATS. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Visiting external sites is at your own risk.

6. User Accounts and Alerts

You may create an account to subscribe to job alert emails. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account and unsubscribe from alerts at any time from your dashboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service, including automated scraping, abuse of alert systems, or any activity that degrades the experience for other users.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity

The JoeApply name, logo, and original content (including but not limited to design, copy, and indices) are the property of JoeApply. Job listing data is the property of the respective employers. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JoeApply and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, lost earnings, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
